If you are using ePortal lower than version 10.7.9.10, please note that password reset is chargeable. Where else, if you are using ePortal version 10.7.9.10 and above, then you may use the following methods to reset your password:
Forgotten Password
Click on Forgotten Password at the eportal login page and follow the steps there to reset your password.
Reset Password
Log in to eportal as Admin
Go to HR Management and select User Management.
Select Manage User and click the employee's ID that whom you wish to reset the password.
Click Reset Password, and the password will be defaulted to their IC number.
Or you can enter a temporary password at Change Password and Confirm Password.
