EasyTime: Mobile registration 'Error on This Login ID number already assigned to'

Error in mobile clocking

Please complete the following to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to EasyTime, then Employee Profile, and load the affected Employee.

  2. Remove the Android IMEI setting in the Mobileapp Tab Page for this employee.

  3. Then do a new linking for the affected Employee.

Note: Each unique Android IMEI string can only link to one employee code.
