EasyTime: Set the supervisor to view their department employees

How to set up an employee filter for the supervisor to view his own department subordinates in EasyTime?

To create an employee filter in Access Easytime, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to EasyTime as admin.

  2. Go to Settings, System User Settings.

  3. Select the User ID and click Modify.

  4. Click the Employee's Filter Generator, enter the Employee field, Field condition, and Field Data.

  5. Click Generate SQL Filter.

  1. Check the data and click Copy to Employee filter then click OK.
