EasyTime: "Is not a valid date and time"

Error: "Is not a valid date and time" Unable to reprocesses attendance records in EasyTime

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Before running attendance or synchronisation in Easy Time (ET), it’s important to ensure both the server and client systems share the same date and time format and that the shift schedule settings are correctly configured. This helps prevent data mismatches or errors during processing.

Step 1: Ensure the ET Server and Client Use the Same Date and Time Format

  1. Press Windows +R, type control, and press Enter.

  2. Go to Clock and Region, Region, formats.

  3. Click Additional settings, then select the Date or Time tab to review and modify the format as needed.

  4. Ensure that both the ET Server and Client PC are using the same date and time format.

Step 2: Verify the Shift Schedule Settings

Once the date and time format is aligned, check that the shift schedule setup is correct:

  1. Navigate to Easy Time, Settings, Shift Schedule Setting.

  2. Select the relevant Shift Schedule Code.

  3. Verify that all the shift details and configurations are correct and up to date.
