If the employee does not have a child relief point, please enter all the child relief points as 0 as follows. If the employee is a female with no child relief, disable the Tax Priority, remove the relief point, and Save.
Go to the Payroll module.
Click Modules.
Select Income Tax, and select Income Tax Details.
Update the child relief point.
