The Paternity, Hospital leave will all be updated as well as long as you have updated to the latest version. But there are some circumstances the system is not able to update due to the existing table in your system being modified.
But still, you can do the update yourself as follows.
Go to Leave module, Setup, Allocation Table, and select Paternity/ Hospitalisation/Sick.
Change the entitlement to 7 for Paternity and click on the Save button
The same steps apply for Hospitalisation and Sick.
As for the working hours, you can do as follows.
Go to Calendar Setup, click on 6 Days Work Week, and click on the 3 dotted button.
Change the working hours from 48 to 45 and click on the Save button. (However, in our system, we do not use working hours per week for payroll computation, overtime is basic/26/8, No-pay leave is calendar days proration, so this setting is optional)
