To cancel or amend medical claims if the claims haven't been approved yet, complete the following steps:
Go to ePortal and log in as User.
Click Home and select My Home.
Click Medical Claim Status.
Click Amend or Click Cancel in the Action Column.
The user needs to cancel the medical claim after submitting the claims.
