We are aware of this issue in the eportal. Below are the current eportal functions:
The new employee's IC number is defaulted as the employee's password.
The reset password feature is defaulted to the employee's IC number.
Our developer is working on this enhancement; there is no fix timeline for the fix yet. We will include this enhancement as soon as possible. For a workaround, please get the employee to change their password as soon as they newly access the eportal.
