ePortal: I could not locate my employees at eportal

I could not locate the name of employee at Manage Users in eportal.

To locate your employees, try following the steps below:

  1. Log in to eportal as Admin

  2. Go to User Management, Manage User

  3. Click Employee ID and enter the keyword as the Employee ID and click Search

  4. Check if you can find. Also, try searching using key keyword Employee Name

  5. Take note that at the bottom right, there are a few pages, also, check the following page
