The working teams need to be initialized yearly for the system to be able to generate shift code and capture clocking data for the new year. Please follow the steps below to initialise:
Go to EasyTime and click on Roster Calendar.
Click Yearly Mass Initialization.
Double-click the working team and click Start Initialize.
After successfully initializing, the Year Of will display as 2027. This indicates the next year will be 2027.
