To restore attendance in EasyTime, log in to EasyTime with an administrator account and do as follows:
Check if the employee's calendar is initialised
Go to Employee and double-click the selected employee.
Click Calendar (ensure the calendar and shift for the month exist).
If not exist, click Initialise and Initialise for the year.
To restore clocking
Go to Utility, Housekeeping, and click Clocking History Records (STAMS).
Filter the date range and select the Employee Code.
Click Restore Back to Attendance if you can see the clocking listed here.
Go to the attendance screen.
Click Process Terminal Records with the filtered date range and select the Employee Code/All Employee,
Click Process and exit, then click Process Attendance Records and filter the date range.
Select the Employee Code/All Records and Process.
