If you encounter this error, it means your server has rejected the database connection for security reasons. Usually, this happens when you idle the software for too long. Please use Task Manager and end the task for Core.exe or CorePay.exe, then log in again.
You can consider increasing the time out in your server to prevent this from happening frequently. When executing the steps below, ensure all users log out of the system:
Go to your server, search SQL Anywhere 17, and click Services.
Right-click and click Stop the services.
Right-click, select Properties and click Configuration.
Increase the ti value to 1440.
You can remove -ti 1440 if you do not want to have a time-out.
Click Apply and OK, then start the Services.
