Please turn on your camera settings as follows:
Go to Settings and select Privacy & Security.
Click the Camera and turn it on for camera access.
Refer to the advanced configuration for the camera settings for further troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please contact SingPass.
This is a known issue with Singpass, and you may need to contact them directly to assist in resolving this.
Our client has checked with Singpass on the facial scanning. You need to get the Corp Pass admin of your company's account to email them to whitelist both your IP Address and UEN number so that face scanning is not required.
Meanwhile, try to use another PC to submit.
