EasyPay: Renewing your licence

We have simplified the process for 2025 renewals with the new self-service Access Renewals Portal. The portal allows you to view, request changes and renew your EasyPay subscription. It also tracks your queries and requests at every stage of your renewal.

The Renewals Portal is part of the Customer Success Portal. It includes all the information needed to renew your licence and can be viewed by the nominated Finance contact for your organisation.

Timeline for 2025 EasyPay renewals

  • We'll send an email containing your renewal link to your Finance contact in the first week of April 2025.

  • If you approve the renewal with no changes, we'll issue your invoice within seven business days. (If you request changes, your renewal will be updated for your approval within four business days.)

  • When payment of your invoice is confirmed, we'll send you the license file for your registration.

  • Call us on +6018 6046 and choose option 1 followed by option 7 for EasyPay renewals.
