How to get started with evo?

Access EasyPay is the next step in your payroll software’s evolution. Built on the trusted foundation of EasyPay and powered by Access Evo, it brings cutting-edge innovation to your practice with richer functionality and secure AI-enabled features that will allow you to interact with your data like never before.

To get started with EasyPay Evo:

  1. We’ll send a Welcome to Access Evo email to the Admin contact for your organisation. Log in to Access EasyPay Evo by following this link https://go.access-workspace.com.au/. You’ll be prompted to set up a password and then you can log in to Access EasyPay Evo.
    Note: If you don’t have the Welcome email, use this link to log in to Access EasyPay Evo and then select Forgot your password to set up your password.

  2. Once logged in, you can add people from your practice so they can use EasyPay Evo too. If you have a large team, you can import user details in bulk. (Note: You can come back and add more users later if you wish.)

  3. Request your Security Token here. (Not applicable for EasyPay online users)

  4. You'll install the Access Evo Data Loader and connect your data to our private and secure cloud-hosted server. (Not applicable for EasyPay online users)

  5. You can then share content with your colleague so they can access dashboards, Analytics and Copilot.

That's it! You and your team can now start asking Copilot questions about your data and use the Dashboards and Insights.
