You need to create an account with an External Security tag in all your EasyPay databases (if you have 5 EasyPay databases, you need to create one account for each database) to allow Access Evo to connect with your EasyPay database. Please do as follows to create the account:
Log in to the EPE Control and click Security Setup. For EasyPay online customers, navigate to your Core module, click Setup, and then select Security Setup.
Click the User Settings tab and click New to create a new account.
User ID: Enter the User ID e.g. DataLoader.
Security Group ID: Select as External.
Expiry Date: Set as a future that is not achievable e.g., 1/12/2199.
Password: Set a password.
Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm.
Click Save.
Click Grant Access to this account. (This step is important to grant access to the table view)
