ePortal: Leave type not displayed on the user's selection

I credit a leave to the user, but it is not appearing in the ePortal.

This issue happens when the leave type description is not entered in the EasyPay leave module. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Go to the Leave module and click Setup.

  2. Select Leave Type and search the Leave Type ID.

  3. Enter the Description for the Leave Type ID and click Save.

  4. Log in to ePortal as ADMIN.

  5. Go to Settings and click eLeave Settings.

  6. Select Configuration.

  7. Click Copy to copy all leave types from EPE.
