To set up a claim in eportal and link with EasyPay, please do as follows:
Log in to ePortal as admin.
Go to eClaims Settings, Claims Types, select New Claim Type
Key in the Name of the Claim Type
Select the Template Type as per the function of the claim
Select the code to map to the preset Payroll Item TRANSPORT
Select the Receipt compulsory as Yes / No
Select the Group Type for the employee to insert the claim
Key in the description and insert the amount for the claim
Insert the amount for the claim by Motorcycle $/km Mileage
Insert the Government Service Tax if relevant
Select the code to map the GST Item and mark the check box as Active
Click the Add Claim Type to update the field.
You will get the Claim Types list. Select Edit to change the claim properties, or select Delete to remove the claim type from ePortal.
