Please do as follows in your eportal server to deactivate the sync of claim from your eportal to your Access EasyPay, please get your IT assistant:
Go to your ePortal server and search for IIS.
Expand Sites, then expand Default Website.
Right-click eportal and select Explore.
Click on the eportalv2 folder and go into the Web folder.
Go into the vbs folder.
Open ScheduleAllRelease.bat using a text file.
Remove or delete this line http://localhost/eportalV2/vbs/ClaimExport.aspx ^ in the text file.
Save the batch file and monitor the next day.
