Please do as follows to resolve this error:

Go to Control Panel, and check if there is <b>Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable</b> for both (x86) and (x64).

If you don’t see (x64), download the <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">installer</a> and install it.

3. Perform the CPF submission again. 

Error:'Could not load assembly C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program\CPFDirectSubmit\runtimes\win-x64\lib\netcoreapp3.1\CefSharp.Core.Runtime.dll', the specified module could not be found'
