Please raise a case with the below reports for our developer to investigate:
Audit Trail Report
Go to EPE Control and click Audit Trail.
Click the Report tab and select the user and date range.
Click Preview.
Login Audit
Go to EPE Control and click Login Audit.
Scroll down and print the screen of the selected user with the date range.
Transaction Audit
Go to EPE Control and click Transaction Audit.
Select the user, date range, and tables.
Click Generate and send us the log files.
