ePortal: Not able to update employee as Inactive

Cannot update employee as inactive in the eportal

Please do as follows to update your employee as inactive successfully:

  1. Log in to the eportal as Admin.

  2. Click HR Management and select User Management.

  3. At the employee, click Set Appr Level.

  4. Check if the Manager is blank or the Inactive Manager is selected.

  5. Change the Manager to another person and Save.

  6. Then try updating the employee as Inactive again.
