ePortal: Cannot add a new employee in the ePortal

Why I am not able to add a new employee in the eportal and my new employee is not able to log in for the first time?

Please check if the new employee has an empty space in the employee ID. Please check as follows:

  1. Go to the Core module, Employment Details, Search employee.

  2. Click the Employee ID check if at the back has empty spaces, if have please remove it, and click Save.

  3. Then get the employee to log in to the eportal.
