ePortal: A terminated employee cannot log in ePortal after the status has changed to active

I need my terminated employee to be able to log in eportal to apply for outstanding leave

Please do as follows to allow your terminated employee to be able to log in to eportal:

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click Employment Details.

  3. Search the employee, remove the Cessation Date, and click Save.

  4. Log in to eportal as Admin.

  5. Go to Settings, System Settings, and click Tools.

  6. Click Sync Profile Info, Next of Kin Info, Dept, Telephone List.

  7. Check again.
