Income Tax Processing Singapore: Organisation Type, Organisation ID and Basis Year must be valid and not blank

Why can't I submit an IRAS file? What does this error message means?

Please check your Payer's ID as follows:

  1. Go to the Income Tax module.

  2. Click Setup, Employer Setup, select IR8AYA2026.

  3. Check the Payer's ID, the Payer's ID is wrong (You may log in to your IRAS Employer login at the IRAS portal to check your Tax No there)
