Human Resource: The medical claim balance is not appearing

Why does the medical claim's balance not show in the system?

The claim policy limit is not set up correctly; therefore, you are seeing a zero balance in the system. Please follow the steps below to edit/add the claim policy limit in the claim module.

  1. Go to the Human Resource module, select Claim, Claim Policy.

  2. Select Cycle and add the Policy Cycle.

  3. Key in the Amount Limit per Policy and click the tick button to save.
