The 'Operation Not Applicable' error occurs when the Bonus Report ID is longer than 21 characters while trying to save the new Bonus Report ID. To resolve the issue, please shorten the name of the Bonus Report ID to within 21 characters.

I have encountered an error when processing the bonus using the wizard.
