Please follow the steps below to remove the unwanted query:
Go to EPE Control, Security Setup, and log in as EPEMaster.
Click User Settings and click on the user.
Reset the password by retyping the password.
Log in to the Core module as the user and delete all the queries created by the user.
Go to EPE Control, Security Setup and log in as EPEMaster.
Go to User Settings and click the user.
Set the Date of Expiry as her resignation date. (or the last day the user uses the software)
