EasyTime: User cannot clock in using the mobile app

My employee is not able to do mobile clock in.

If your user cannot log in to the EasyTime App, then it could be a connection issue at the user's site. But if you receive an out-of-range error. Then, please do as follows to add the GPS location:

  1. Log in to EasyTime.

  2. Click Settings and select Clocking Data/Clock ID Setting.

  3. Add in the GPS location by entering the Longitude and Latitude of the site.
