There are two ways to update the latest roster calendar to the attendance grid. Please follow the steps below to do this:
Update in the employee profile
Log in to EasyTime with an admin account.
Click Employee, and double-click on the employee name.
Click on the Calendar tab, locate the month and double-click on it.
Click on Yes when asked, 'Update selected shift code & rules setting to attendance?'
Update in the roster calendar
In the EasyTime, click Roster calendar, find the employee code, and filter the date range.
Click the Find button and right-click on the shift code, and choose Update to attendance function.
Click Yes when asked 'Update selected shift code & rules setting to attendance?'.
