Please do as follows to resolve the position missing issue in the IR8A:
Go to the Core module and click Employment Details.
Click the three-dotted button next to the Position.
Add the Description for the Position ID and click Save.
Go to the Income Tax module and select View Tax Records.
Recalculate the employee's IR8A and click Yes.
