This problem may be due to the server having a problem running the scheduler for CleanCom, CleanASPNet, Recache and Sync. Try to remove this in the batch file as follows:
Check which batch file you are using in the Task Scheduler.
Click on the ScheduleAllRelease scheduler and check in the Action tab for the scheduler path.
Go to the scheduler path, then right-click and edit ScheduleAllRelease.
Remove the below and copy them and save them into a new batch file.
http://localhost/eportalV2/vbs/CleanCOM.aspx
http://localhost/eportalV2/vbs/CleanASPNET.aspx
http://localhost/eportalV2/vbs/Recache.aspx
http://localhost/eportalV2/vbs/Sync.aspx
Go to the Task Scheduler and create a new task, then point to this new batch file that you have created at another time and set a password
