To resolve this or deactivate this error, please do as follows:
Go to IIS or under the search bar, search for Inetmgr.
Expand Sites, Default Web Site.
Right-click eportal or eportalV2 and click Explore.
Now you are in the Web folder, go into the vbs folder.
Right-click edit ScheduleAllRelease.bat and ScheduleAllDebug.bat
Remove this line as follows and save.
