Core Singapore: The donation code is not auto-assigned to the new join staff

Automation process of Donation code is not working, the self service fund is not assigned.

Please follow the steps below to check if the automation process for the donation code is enabled in the Core module:

  1. Go to the Core module, click Setup, select Automation Setup.

  2. Select Automation Process, click Employment process.

  3. Ensure the donation code status is enabled.
