There are a few reasons as follows why the working hours are not reduced when there is lateness or early out.
The buffer From and To for the meal section was not entered, or the Late In Time and Early Out Time were not checked. Please check as follows to rectify this issue:
Go to EasyTime and click Settings.
Select Shift Schedule Setting and select the affected shift.
Enable the checkbox for Late In Time and Early Out time.
Ensure the buffer From and To for the meal section are entered (cannot leave as 00:00).
