Indonesia Payroll: No BPJS Pensiun generated for new employee

Why does the new employee not have a BPJS Pensiun generated?

Please follow the steps below to set up BPJS Pensiun for new and terminated employees:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click Setup and select Pay Process Option.

  3. Change BPJS Pensiun processing option new /resigned employee from No Contribution to Prorate.

  4. Click Save.
