Please do as follows to resolve this error message:
Go to the Income Tax module, Review, View Tax Record.
Double-click the employee's IR8S.
Under the "Has approval given by CPF Board to make full contribution", select Approval No
Select as per the following conditions.
Approval No: If the employee is contributing normal graduated PR rates.
Approval Yes: If the employee has specifically applied from CPF to make a full contribution (not following graduated rates)
Click Save and resubmit the IR8S again.
