ePortal: Error 'You need to clear leave type PH in Lieu first'

Application rule, cannot apply leave.

You cannot apply leave and get this error message because you have set a leave application rule in the eportal that is stopping you from applying leave. You need to clear this rule.

To delete a Leave Application Rule in ePortal:

  1. Log in to ePortal as Admin.

  2. Go to Settings and select eleave Settings.

  3. Select Configuration.

  4. Scroll down until you see Leave Application Rule.

  5. Delete the rule and save.
