ePortal: Error 'Insufficient leave'

Employee is unable apply for no pay leave at eportal.

This error indicates that you need to enable a setting in the eportal to allow a non-entitlement leave application. To solve this error, please do as follows:

  1. Log in to ePortal as Admin.

  2. Go to Settings, eLeave Settings, and click Configuration.

  3. Enabled Allow Advance Leave Application, for No Pay Leave or any other leave type with the same issues.

  4. Click Submit.
