You can remove the claim supporting reasons such as illness, clinic, and type of treatment by following the steps below:
Go to the Human Resource module.
Click Setup and click Claim.
Select Claim Types.
Select the Claim Types ID and change the Claim Function As to Non Medical.
Click Save.
