Income Tax Processing Malaysia: Employee has terminated but EA form still has the employee in

Resign employees still appear in EA form.

Please do as follows to remove the terminated employee from the tax form:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click Reports, Analysis Report, and select Statistic Report.

  3. Check if the employee has pay details after the year she/ he were terminated.

  4. If the employee does not have pay records, then click Pay Processing.

  5. Select Tax Record and select the employee with the correct tax reporting year to Delete.
