Income Tax Processing Singapore: Additional wage in January is not captured in the IR8S

Why is there no additional wage in January captured in IR8S?

Please do as follows to rectify the additional wage not appearing issues:

  1. Go to the Income Tax module.

  2. Click Process and go to Step 1.

  3. Click Edit and change to 0 under the To exclude current year's pay elements declared in previous year until period.

  4. Disable To exclude CPF to IR8S Section A and click Next.

  5. Select all the employees over and click Confirm.
