Payroll General: Overtime not correct for employee who has increment

Remove overtime wage capping from the overtime table.

Please check as follows if you have set up an overtime wage capping that causes your employee's overtime wage to be fixed:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click on Setup and select OT Table Setup.

  3. Select the OT Table ID.

  4. Check if there is a Maximum Total Wage specified.

  5. Set the value to 0 or adjust the Maximum Total Wage and click Save.

  6. Go to the Pay Record and recalculate the affected employee.
