If you are unable to log in to EasyTime as an Admin, you can reset the password by following the steps below. The process depends on whether a recovery email has been set for the admin account.
If the admin account has a recovery email:
Open the EasyTime login page.
Click Forgot password?.
Enter the admin's recovery email and submit.
Open the reset email (check Junk/Spam) and follow the link to set a new password.
Log in and confirm the access.
If the admin account does not have a recovery email, you will need another Admin to reset it for you. If no other Admin is available, we will need to access the database on the server and set an email address for the admin account using scripts. Please raise a new case online.
