Please follow the steps below to resolve the attendance issue:
Ensure that in EasyTime under Clocking Data, there is no outdated clocking data more than a year old. Delete the clocking data if there is.
Ensure that on the server where the task scheduler is scheduled, there is no EasyTime application running in the backend. Use Task Manager to end if there is.
Ensure that the task scheduler in the server is updated with the Windows account password given with the admin role.
Run the task scheduler again after checking the steps above.
