To rectify the report error, identify the correct report file from a working EasyTime PC and replace it on the affected PC by following the steps below:
Go to an existing EasyTime pc, which not encounter the error message, and check the report name.
Go to the desktop, right click EasyTime icon, and select Open Location.
Copy the report .rtm file and paste it into the other pc which having the report issue.
Go to the other pc with the error, right click EasyTime icon on the desktop.
Select an open location, paste the report .rtm that was copied earlier, and overwrite it.
If the error persists, get the EasyTime installer from support to reinstall EasyTime.
