IRAS submission errors

This error means that the SingPass account you’re using is not authorised to submit files.

To proceed, please make sure you are logged in with a SingPass account that has the Approver role assigned.

If you’re unsure whether your account has the correct role, please check with SingPass or your authorized approver/company administrator to review and update the access settings.
