EasyPay Errors: Crystal Report error when Sage 300 is installed on the same computer as EasyPay

Sage 300 is installed on the same computer as EasyPay and there is a crystal report error

Please check your Sage 300 version in your Control Panel and install EasyPay Crystal Report Runtime as follows:

Sage 300 2019 and 2020 installed

Sage 300 2019 & Sage 300 2020 are using Crystal Report Runtime 64-bit 13.0.23. To run properly with EasyPay, here are the settings:

  1. Download and install Crystal Report Runtime 32 bit 13.0.23.

Sage 300 2021 installed

Sage 300 2021 is using Crystal Report Runtime 64-bit 13.0.26. To run properly with EasyPay, here are the settings:

  1. Download and install Crystal Report Runtime 32 bit 13.0.26.

  2. Extract and copy the driver from this link paste into C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program

Sage 300 2022 and 2023 installed

Sage 300 2022 and 2023 are using Crystal Report Runtime 64-bit 13.0.30. To run properly with EasyPay, here are the settings:

  1. Download and install Crystal Report Runtime 32 bit 13.0.30.

  2. Extract and copy the driver from this link paste into C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program

Sage 300 2024 and 2025 installed

Sage 300 2024 is using Crystal Report Runtime 64-bit 13.0.33. To run properly with EasyPay, here are the settings:

  1. ​​Download and install Crystal Report Runtime 32 bit 13.0.33.

  2. Extract and copy the driver from this link paste into C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program

If the error persists, please check as follows and resolve using the recommended steps:

  1. Go to the Registry Editor and search for ReportEngine.dll

  2. Ensure the key below is displayed.

  3. If the key cannot be found, open the Windows Command Prompt as Administrator, and run the command below:

cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319

RegAsm "C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program\ReportEngine.dll" /codebase
