This error happens when you generate a payslip or a report that is not a Crystal Reports. Please follow the steps below to resolve this error:
Go to this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program and search for dbisql. When you click on it, there will be an error as follows.
Open the command prompt and run the commands below:
Close the command prompt and EasyPay.
Log in to EasyPay and generate the payslip or report to check again.
