This error will occur if users have not logged out completely from the system. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Go to EPE Control and click Login Audit.
Log in using the admin username and password.
Find an empty logout time by double-clicking the Logout Time header and scrolling down until you find the blank space as highlighted below.
Highlight the blank space and click the Logout button on the top left.
