EasyPay Errors: Maximum users have been reached in EasyPay

Cannot log in to EasyPay due to an error that the system has reached the maximum number of users.

This error will occur if users have not logged out completely from the system. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to EPE Control and click Login Audit.

  2. Log in using the admin username and password.

  3. Find an empty logout time by double-clicking the Logout Time header and scrolling down until you find the blank space as highlighted below.

  4. Highlight the blank space and click the Logout button on the top left.
